BENGALURU, 8 October 2025: Newtral Technologies, a climate-tech startup focused on solving value-chain emissions challenges, has raised $600,000 in funding from NOW Accelerate, the venture studio arm of NOW, a deeptech and sustainability-focused incubator.
Under the Accelerate model, Newtral will receive both capital infusion and hands-on venture-building support from NOW’s institutional co-founding team. The partnership aims to scale Newtral’s AI-powered sustainability management platform globally and build repeatable business models on the path to a Series A round.
As part of the collaboration, Newtral and NOW have already co-developed a go-to-market (GTM) plan, identified target customer segments, and mapped a product roadmap to drive international growth.
Founded in 2022 by two NID alumni, Newtral provides enterprises with an end-to-end platform to measure, model, and reduce their emissions footprint. The system automates ESG reporting across multiple frameworks, models Scope 3 and product-level carbon footprints, and prioritises decarbonization actions through supplier engagement and data analytics.
The company currently works with over 100 organisations, including Wockhardt, Meghalaya Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), and Metro Brands Limited, spanning industries such as pharmaceuticals, real estate, and retail.

The funding will enable Newtral to scale recurring revenue, execute its GTM strategy, and establish itself as a global sustainability platform from India—helping companies transition from compliance-led ESG to measurable environmental impact.
