, 27 December 2015 : h1>Pointing that Jharkhand has full potential to grow as agriculture state, state chief minister, Raghuvar Das said that mineral-richstate has enough potential to grow in sectors like horticulture.
But, CM stressed that to achieve this, people has to change the mindset.
Das was speaking at the 27th Annual Flower Show, organized by Horticulture Society of Jamshedpur and Tata Steel said that state has enough potential for growth in all the three fields of agriculture – agriculture, horticulture and animal husbandry.
After Karnataka, Jharkhand is the second state in the country to have separate budget for agriculture sector. Emphasizing the need for empowerment of villages, women, and farmers, he said development of the state was not possible unless we empower the women, rural masses and farmers.
