Launches Aapke Saath Hai Aapka Swaraj campaign to support farmers

MOHALI, 9 April 2020: In the midst of the prevailing CONVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, Swaraj Tractors, a part of the USD 20.7 billion Mahindra Group, has come forward to support the farming community with offering a standby tractor during the harvesting season which will help farmers during these this critical time.

The company has launched a slew of initiatives under its ‘Aapke saath hai Aapka Swaraj’ campaign.

Delivering on its promise of ‘Solid Bharosa’, Swaraj is offering a 24x7 assistance to its customers through its call center. Customers can contact the toll free number of 18004250735 for information related to service and spare parts.

All Swaraj dealers and service teams will also be just a phone-call away for helping the farmers during this critical situation.

The harvesting season is a very critical period for farmers. Due to the current pandemic, Swaraj did not want them to face any difficulty with regard to their tractors and hence launched this scheme. As always, Swaraj will stand next to the farmers as a customer centric organization, the company said in a statement.

Swaraj stands committed to support the farming community in these unforeseen circumstances. Standby tractors of Swaraj will be available at different locations offered by dealers on first cum first serve basis to its customers.

In addition Swaraj’s Corporate Social Responsibility wing is continuously engaged in various activities to support the medical fraternity and public at large. Masks, sanitizers, ECG machines and protective suits for doctors and paramedical staff have been donated to PGIMER and Government Medical Collage and Hospital in Chandigarh. Essential grocery items including wheat, flour and rice have been distributed to the needy in Mohali district.
