MUMBAI, 17 August 2023: SWAL Corporation Ltd., a prominent provider of advanced and sustainable agricultural solutions, has taken a significant stride towards ecological farming with the introduction of Sperto, an innovative pest control solution tailored specifically for soybean and cotton crops.

Sperto, a groundbreaking concoction, blends Acetamiprid 25% and Bifenthrin 25% Wettable Granules (WG) in an eco-friendly Water-Soluble Granule formulation. This unique amalgamation is designed to provide comprehensive canopy coverage and maximum efficacy for soybean and cotton crops. The inherent eco-friendliness of the WG formulation ensures its swift dissolution in water, making application hassle-free. Moreover, its reduced dosage requirement per acre promotes sustainable farming practices, addressing both economic and environmental considerations.

Unlike conventional alternatives, Sperto eliminates the risks associated with spillage, drift, or dust formation during application, contributing to improved air and soil quality. The safety of applicators is prioritized, making it an ecologically safe choice that stands out in the market.

One of Sperto's most significant advantages lies in its exceptional efficacy against an array of pests, including whitefly, aphids, jassids, semilooper, and girdle beetles. Employing a dual mode of action, it effectively counters pest resistance, establishing a sustainable and enduring approach to pest management. This reduces the necessity for frequent applications, thereby optimizing the utilization of resources.

For optimal results, the recommended application time for Sperto is 40-45 days after sowing in cotton and 20-25 days after sowing in soybean during the Kharif season. This strategic application timing enhances its potency and contributes to its success in pest control.

Mr. Pankaj Joshi, Business Head at SWAL, emphasized the significance of Sperto's launch in promoting harmonious coexistence with nature in agriculture. He stated, "The launch of Sperto is yet another step towards enabling farmers to nurture their fields in harmony with nature, all the while ensuring effective pest management. Beyond the environmental benefits, the adoption of Sperto will help farmers achieve not only better yields but also increased profitability."

The introduction of Sperto underscores SWAL's commitment to pioneering innovative and eco-conscious solutions that drive sustainable agriculture, aligning with the growing global emphasis on environmentally responsible practices.
