THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, 21 October 2026: Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation (KCMMF), known by its brand name Milma, has cautioned the public about a fake link claiming to give away INR 50,000 as Milma’s gift, circulating in WhatsApp groups and other online platforms.
Milma, through its official social media handles, has cautioned against this fake link/message being circulated.
A trusted brand of Kerala for 46 years, Milma had filed a police complaint regarding this matter and has also moved legally to take down the fake links being circulated.
A few months back, a similar fake links claiming to be ‘Milma annual celebration gift’ and ‘Milma’s Independence Day gift’ were circulated in WhatsApp groups, which had been taken down following legal steps initiated by Milma.
Milma officials said that Milma does not have a policy to give away gift or money as part of festivals and cautioned customers of similar fake links in future also.
