MUMBAI, 5 June 2025: Arya.ag, India’s largest and only profitable grain commerce platform, has announced the appointment of Priyanka Seth Wadhera as its new Group Chief Financial Officer, effective May 2025.
Priyanka brings with her over 23 years of financial leadership experience across FinTech, NBFCs, and international banking institutions. Her career spans senior roles at Indifi Technologies, Clix, Barclays, Religare, Citi, and PwC, where she developed core expertise in Finance, Treasury, Compliance, and Risk Management.
Before joining Arya.ag, Priyanka served as Group CFO at Indifi Technologies, where she successfully raised over ₹430 crore in equity funding, led the company to profitability, and strengthened financial governance frameworks. Her appointment marks a strategic step by Arya.ag to bolster its internal financial systems and support its next phase of scalable, capital-efficient growth.
Arya.ag is currently expanding its product and service footprint into new geographies, strengthening its embedded finance offerings, and forming partnerships to build resilient post-harvest infrastructure. In this context, robust financial stewardship and disciplined capital management will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and long-term value creation.
