Milma raises milk procurement price by Rs 5, offers Rs 100 cattle feed subsidy

In a big support to dairy farmers in four southern districts,Milma’s Thiruvananthapuram Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union (TRCMPU) has increased the price of milk procured from the societies under it by Rs 5 per litre, with Rs 3 going to the dairy farmers, its Chairman Smt Mani Viswanath said on Tuesday.

Mrs Mani Viswanadh was today elected as Chairperson of Thiruvananthapuram Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union (TRCMPU) after the completion of the electoral process to the regional union of Milma comprising four southern districts.
