Mahindra complete acquiring 100% stakes in Sampo Rosenlew Oy

Mahindra & Mahindra has hiked its stake in its Finland-based arm Sampo Rosenlew Oy to 100 percent with the acquisition of residual shares for over INR 35 crore.
