IFC, Zimbabwe partner to develop smallholder farmers' agriculture insurance

The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group and Zimbabwe's insurance regulator, the Insurance and Pensions Commission (IPEC), announced a partnership to create a market for agricultural insurance products in Zimbabwe to protect smallholder farmers from weather-related crop damage and other shocks.
