Water Ways Technologies Inc, a global provider of Israeli-based agriculture technology that provides water irrigation solutions to agricultural producers, is pleased to report that the due diligence process on the acquisition of Desarrollo De Sistemas Hidraulicos SA (Hidrotop) is progressing well, and Water Ways expect to close the acquisition by mid-May, 2022, or such later date as the parties may mutually agree upon.
