Tuticorin Regional Station of the ICAR-Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute (CMFRI) sea-ranched 500,000 hatchery-produced pearl oyster (Pinctada fucata) spat of 5 mm size in select areas in the Gulf of Mannar on 15 September 2022.
