In order to provide safety to country's cattle population from Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) and Brucellosis, National Dairy Development Board (NDDB)'s National Animal Disease Control Programme (NADCP), a 5-year project has been launched by the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi with total outlay of INR 13,343 crore (USD $ 2 billion).
