Louis Dreyfus Company Asia Pte. Ltd (LDC) announced today that it has signed a binding agreement to acquire the remaining 83% shares of Namoi Cotton Limited (Namoi Cotton) by way of a Scheme of Arrangement, marking a significant milestone in LDC’s 111-year history in Australia.
