CHANDIGARH, 20 March 2024: Swaraj Tractors a part of Mahindra Group, organised 'Walk for More Equal World' at Sukhna Lake on Sunday morning. The event witnessed an enthusiastic participation of over 500 individuals including Swaraj employees and their families.

Led by Mr. Harish Chavan, CEO of Swaraj Division, alongside esteemed members of the Swaraj Executive Council the event served as a platform to raise awareness about critical issues such as climate change and workplace inclusivity.

The primary objective of the walk was to advocate for environmental conservation and promote inclusivity within the workplace propagating Mahindra’s ethos of “Together We Rise”. Swaraj takes pride in its diverse workforce, with women employees actively contributing to the organization and specially abled employees integrated into various roles across Swaraj Division plants.

This event underscored Swaraj's unwavering commitment to fostering an environment of equality and opportunity for all its employees.

Furthermore, Swaraj continues its relentless efforts towards environmental sustainability, including initiatives for water conservation, groundwater recharging, and the elimination of plastic usage. By organizing events like the 'Walk for More Equal World,' Swaraj reaffirms its dedication to social responsibility and environmental stewardship.
