FarmRise powered by Bayer, a platform for Android mobile devices which provides agronomic information and counsel to smallholder farmers announced the signing of a Memorandum of Association (MoA) with International Rice Research Institute (IRRI), an international agricultural research and training organization dedicated to abolishing poverty and hunger among people and populations that depend on rice-based agri-food systems.
