Over 34.5 million cattle registered under the National animal disease control program, says NDDB

In order to provide safety to country's cattle population from Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) and Brucellosis, National Dairy Development Board (NDDB)'s National Animal Disease Control Programme (NADCP), a 5-year project has been launched by the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi with total outlay of INR 13,343 crore (USD $ 2 billion).
