The new line-up includes three models from the OJA 1100 and 2100 series – the OJA 1123 HST, OJA 1126 HST, and OJA 2126 HST – tailored to meet the requirements of Australian farmers and property owners.
Developed through collaboration between Mahindra Research Valley in India and Mitsubishi Mahindra Agricultural Machinery, Japan, the OJA tractors feature robust design, advanced ergonomics, and first-in-segment innovations such as button-operated PTO, digital driver display, and class-leading loader lift capacity.
“Built on our global lightweight 4WD tractor platform, the OJA range reflects Mahindra’s commitment to innovation and durability,” said Mr. Veejay Nakra, President, Farm Equipment Business, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. “With world-class technology and engineering, we are confident this range will resonate with Australian farmers who prioritise performance and reliability.”
For the Australian market, Mahindra has positioned the OJA tractors as versatile, multi-tasking solutions offering comfort and ease of use. Features such as projector headlights, advanced hydraulics, power steering, tilt and telescopic controls, and optional cabin configurations aim to enhance operator experience.
The OJA 1100 sub-compact series includes the 1123 HST and 1126 HST models, offering 23 hp and 26 hp engines respectively. The OJA 2100 compact series debuts with the 2126 HST, featuring a larger platform, optional HVAC cab, and superior loader capabilities.
Manufactured at Mahindra’s South India facility, the tractors will also be rolled out in markets such as the U.S., Canada, Thailand, and India. Mahindra Australia is backing the launch with a six-year warranty package – three years comprehensive coverage and an additional three years on the powertrain.
Industry experts view the launch as a significant step in Mahindra’s efforts to expand its footprint in advanced agricultural machinery, bringing a blend of technology, durability, and comfort to Australia’s farming sector.
