NEW DELHI, 1 January 2026: Rabi sowing records robust growth; total area coverage increases by 6.87 lakh hectare over last year Pulses area rises by 3.65 lakh hectare; Gram records significant increase of 4.66 lakh hectare.
Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare has released the progress of area coverage under Rabi crops as on 26th December 2025.
