NEW DELHI, 19 April 2017 : Sohan Lal Commodity Management (SLCM), India’s leading Agri-logistics solutions Group, has been conferred with “Global Logistics Excellence Award” for “Supply Chain Disruptor Icon of the Year” for its disruption in the agri sector. The award was presented by Tata Strategic Management Group in association with CNBC TV 18.
With this win, SLCM joins an illustrious league of institutions that have been conferred this award. The awards were judged by an eminent jury comprising senior industry professionals.
These prestigious awards were presented during the ‘Global Perishable & Agri Logistics Conclave 2017’ held at The Leela, Mumbai on 18th April 2017 in the presence of a distinguished gathering of business leaders, academics, boardroom professionals and policy makers.
On the win, Mr. Sandeep Sabharwal, “Group CEO, SLCM said, “This prestigious award validates SLCM’s efforts to bring innovation in the agri-supply chain space and is testimony to the strong understanding of the agri-supply chain it has gained over the period of time by providing post-harvest Agri-Logistics services”.
