TORONTO, 6 April 2022: Water Ways Technologies Inc, a global provider of Israeli-based agriculture technology that provides water irrigation solutions to agricultural producers, is pleased to report that the due diligence process on the acquisition of Desarrollo De Sistemas Hidraulicos SA (Hidrotop) is progressing well, and Water Ways expect to close the acquisition by mid-May, 2022, or such later date as the parties may mutually agree upon.

Hidrotop is a smart irrigation provider in Chile and Argentina that designs, sources, and instals smart irrigation and fertigation projects.

Hidrotop was founded in 1997, employs over thirty-five people, and has installed irrigation and fertigation projects covering over 30,000 hectares.

For many years, Hidrotop has purchased smart irrigation components from Water Ways.

Hidrotop has extensive experience and knowledge in the South American irrigation market, as well as special techniques in the mining industry utilising water technologies.
